EVENTS
The Boot Camp/Will and estate seminar went fantastically. Twenty eight of us enjoyed a wonderful dinner catered to us by Fred Falls followed by a very informative evening with Wayne Chorney who spoke to us about wills and estates. Robin then had her couples boot camp. People enjoyed the evening immensely. Good food and good company as well as learning a thing or two.
The permanent location in Iron Bridge is now open. Go and see the girls and open up an account or any number of banking options that are available thru Northern Credit Union.
We are open 10-4 Monday and Wednesday and 11-5 Friday.

Branch annual was a great success last night at the Iron Bridge Lions Club Hall. We had quite a few members come out and enjoy the evening

Once again the weeks keep rolling by and it is time once again for our monthly coffee club. We will be meeting on Wednesday May 19th at 9:00 am. We would like to welcome everyone to come on out and participate.
Next Tuesday at 12:00 pm we will be having our boot camp. We will be providing a lunch so come on out and get your financial situation on track. The boot camp lasts about an hour and is very informative. Feed your mind and your body all in one shot.

Hey everyone we have a busy week here at the Thessalon Branch next week.
Tuesday night is our second boot camp at 6:30 and then on Wednesday morning at 9:00 the Coffee Club meets. This will be our fourth coffee club and it has met with huge success. Everyone is welcome to both events. Come on out and enjoy the fun.

Morning everyone. I have a tip for the day! Something that I've just recently came across, which I think will be of help to all.
Did you know that if you call anyone of your service providers and barter
for better services or better rates, that they will make you a deal and save you $$$. As all providers have taken on a new leaf... and they want to make the consumer happy so we will stay with them and not leave them for another competitor, finally the market has tipped to our side.
Having said this I was going to call Bell this week to see what they would do for me, as I'am shopping for a new phone anyway and would like to upgrade. I thought that if Bell wouldn't provide me with the service that I needed at a great rate, some other service provider would.
Before I had a chance to call, Bell called me Tuesday. And imagine a total savings on my account of $70.00 a month for my home phone, t.v. and internet. WOW! and a direct phone number for me to call about my new cell, and the services that they will be able to provide me! Great story from Bell! and yes, I Love the savings!
So try calling a provider and see what they can do for you today!

It was great to have such a wonderful turn out last night. It's always nice to see everyone from head office.. and I'm sure all of our new members last evening enjoyed meeting everyone as well. It's nice for them to be able to put a face to a name when we are speaking to them of our management team that we have at head office.

i have to agree with you shelley - i have dealt with the girls at the thessalon branch and also at the richards landing branch and they are all a great bunch of girls!!!! i am so pleased that they have opened up in iron bridge and i hope the folks there all support them!!!

I just want to say "Great Job!!" to everyone involved in the meeting at the Iron Bridge Lions Club about the Thessalon Branch expanding to Iron Bridge. I have to say that Kevin was really funny, but I am curious as to who won Richard's truck?
Seriously, I am glad that Northern has added to the family with the village of Iron Bridge. I just want to say that the staff from Northern, but especially the girls from Thessalon are really great to deal with.

Glad to see that Northern's Thessalon Branch is open in Iron Bridge. Great job to all made it happen. I now need to get the time to go and visit.
